Bonnie L. Kesselring, Office Manager
Has been employed for Lampe & Kiefer for 12 years. She is the office manager & Hearing Aid Technician. She has been trained in office systems management & has 12 years of experience in hearing instrument cleanings, minor hearing instrument repairs, battery door repairs, etc. Bonnie loves helping people in the hearing instrument business and gets great pleasure seeing the smiles on people's faces when they can hear! She attends numerous classes by Starkey Labs & International Hearing Society which gives her much knowledge in the field.

Roseann B. Kiefer, B.A. - BC-HIS
Roseann is President/Owner of Lampe & Kiefer Hearing Aid Center, Inc. She is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences & has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource management & furthered her Education in Audiology at Central FL University & University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. She has worked for Lampe & Kiefer for 30 years, starting in the business at the age of 19. She worked with her parents who owned the business, became licensed in 1981 & when her parents retired she bought the business from them. She is experienced in hard to fit hearing losses & difficult fittings. She attends several classes a year to stay up to date with the ever changing technologies of the Hearing Industry. She works very hard in making people happy, so that they may be able to hear the best that they possibly can.

Barbara L. Kesselring, LPN
Barbara graduated from Johnstown, PA. Technical School of Practical Nursing. Barbara has worked with the elderly for 52 years and has taken many courses on aging. She has been with Lampe & Kiefer for 6 years. When she's not off traveling (semi-retired) she runs the front desk as our Patient Coordinator.
